Special purpose vehicle — wealth preservation

A structure built to hold
what matters for the future.

Castle Point Management Corporation is a Seychelles company whose intended activity is to operate as an active special purpose vehicle for wealth preservation. Its purpose: considered asset holding, clear governance and continuity across generations.

The mandate

Preservation is not a passive act.

Wealth preservation calls for more than a place to hold assets. It calls for a defined purpose, accountable decisions and a structure that can adapt as circumstances change.

Castle Point Management's intended role is a dedicated holding vehicle, not a public investment product. Its mandate and operating arrangements will be established through the company's governing documents.

A long-term purpose. A considered structure. A record of every important decision.

Continuity

A long-term holding structure, with succession and authority considered from the outset.

Separation

Clearly identified ownership and obligations. Any ring-fencing depends on the legal structure, documentation and applicable law.

Stewardship

A preservation-led mandate that guides decisions beyond short-term market cycles.

The instrument

An SPV with an active purpose.

A special purpose vehicle is a separate legal entity established for a defined purpose. Here, that purpose is the holding and stewardship of wealth within an agreed mandate.

Active means ongoing oversight: reviewing holdings, maintaining records and making documented decisions. It does not mean speculative trading or a promise of investment returns.

Principles

A clear framework for stewardship.

The proposed approach is guided by six principles. Each will be reflected in the mandate and the operating documentation.

01

Prudence

Understand downside risk before committing capital. Wealth preservation is an objective, never a guarantee against loss.

02

Separation of risk

Distinguish the vehicle's assets and obligations from other affairs, subject to the structure and applicable law.

03

Accountability

Document material decisions, signing authorities and conflicts of interest.

04

Continuity

Plan for changes in ownership, management and family circumstances.

05

Transparency

Agree reporting, responsibilities and costs in writing before activation.

06

Deliberate restraint

Keep activity within the agreed purpose. Evaluate unfamiliar instruments and counterparties carefully.

Governance

Clear roles. Documented authority.

The proposed operating model separates ownership, oversight and execution. Responsibilities, appointments and delegated authority will be set out in written agreements.

Banking, custody and specialist services are intended to be provided by suitably authorised third parties, subject to their own due diligence and acceptance.
